The steam locamotive works which became available in 1993, are shared between the ELR and Ian Riley. Engineering is the facility that provides the necessary cover and engineering know how to allow the rebuilding of many steam locamotives. This gives Atlantic Video View a unique oppertunity to see the gradual rebuilding of some of the worlds finest locamotives.
